930 15" Wheel Tire Size - Need Help

I have a '79 930 with 7" & 8" 15" Fuchs.

The car had 205/50/15's on the front and 225/50/15's on the back.

Tire Rack tells me the fronts are lower than they should be. They say 195/60's or 215/55's on the front.

What size are others running?

I have had the car a year and it seems to handle fine. What are the consequences of having lower fronts - understeer?

Thanks,
Jeb

I ran that combination of wheels/tires on my Carrera 3.0 many years ago. Never had a problem, and would recommend it today except for the better compounds and profiles available in 16/17/18 inch sizes.
