Will AC fit with two fender well oil coolers?

My 78 SC has never had any AC, so I'm considering going with the Griffiths complete kit. But now I'm considering adding a second Carrera oil cooler to the driver side front fender. So will I have a conflict if I want to add AC later? I just don't know where those AC parts go.

The drier was mounted in the back of my drivers side wheel well under the gas door.
The windshield washer resevoir takes up a lot of room in the front of the fender.
Dealer or custom added A/C that I recently removed.

Move enough air through the rear lid condensor at times when the engine fan does not and you could most likely get by even the earliest (no front condensor) factory A/C. I as able to remove the fuse from my front condensor blower after I added 2 radiator cooling fans to move make-up air through the rear lid condensor.

Absent a bit of "snake oil" marketing, sales pitch, nothing really wrong with the aftermarket A/C components especially if you have REALLY deep pockets.

You can probably go with the aux. 2nd unit if you do a configuration of
Deck lid condenser and 2 Kuehl condensers in the LH rear fender... depending upon
your climate.
PM if you need help, we killed all the snakes. lol.

Come to think of it the addition of 2 fans to provide a more consistent level of downward airflow through the rear lid condensor might well also negate the need for an additional oil cooler.

There are posts here abouts regarding installing engine fans with more air movement capability so as to better cool the engine in low speed stop and go traffic. So the additional of the condensor cooling fans might well "kill 2 birds with 1 stone".

Scotricker;

I've done several of these installations in 911's that never had factory air. Not a trivial job. I used a mixture of new components and thoroughly refurbished OEM components. One of the installations included installing the two fan-cooled Kuehl condensers set-up in the driver's side rear fender. The car made very cold air. One can likely easily accommodate another oil cooler in the driver's front fender depending on the oil cooler lines routing. A few custom A/C refrigerant hoses may need to be made but I have the rig to do this. If you elect to install A/C contact me, since you are in the local area I may be able to help you out or at least make you a couple of hoses.

YES .I installed a second Carrera cooler in my 80 Sc with 3.6. You remove the windshield resevoir and run the oil hoses behind the front bumper. Both coolers in line .The hardest part was finding a 180 deg hose end to route the outlet from right side down to cross over . I think elephant racing has them now.My AC was complete with standard front and rear condensor and didn,t interfere. I installed a small windshield resevoir/pump in the trunk.

Same here, I used hardware from elephant racing but the hydrolic hose guy said he had it too.
Quastion I have is wether an oil cooler panel for the center mount oil cooler would also work well with a ac condenser in the center location for oil cooler? I know factory used this condition for a condenser but wanted it to be more front mounted for more forced airflow, this is why I wanted the airflow weld in panel. And a nice size fan behind or in front of it. Anyone done this?

I doubt you'll need a front condenser in Santa Fe. Zero humidity, 7000' elev. and average high in mid-summer of only 86. I'm in Florida (110% humidity) and "get by" with one condenser.
