Various 915 Gearboxes - differences

I have a chart that shows me all of the variations of 901 gearboxes (years, ratios, etc) and am wondering if one exists for the 915 gearboxes. I am going to be in the market soon for a 915 to stick on a 2.7 and want to make sure I am educated as to what I need before I start shopping.

Thanks in advance for any advice - Farrell

Please could you share your 901 chart as I would love to be able to identify the one I have!

I include a little history in Part 1 of my 915 repair Tutorial, which you can find at:

Scroll the left side of the page, click on "915" under "Page tags" and you will go directly to the Tutorial. Enjoy!

I can't answer your question, but the 915 in my 1984 911 will be for sale soon.

Hey Ferrell,
What's up, are you putting a 2.7/915 into the 912? If so, could be cool!

Regards,
Grant

Hey Grant - it looks like the 912 may be heading overseas. So, she will be replaced with a '71 911E roller stuffed with a twin-plugged 2.7 a friend of mine is selling me. It will be a small project but looking forward to it.
