930 electric window wiring
Hi, just got my 1977 930 from the paint shop, the guys were not careful enough to mark the cables as the took of the door panels on both sides and connected them as they thought would be better so now I have a mess to solve, I did replace the fuse and it blows just as the key is turned so something is not connected properly, any ideas.
Thanks in advance |

If you look at the up down switches on the doors (with reading glasses and good light) you can see small terminal numbers on the back side near the male connectors.
I will dig up the wire colors that go to the terminals and post shortly.

This is the 1977 factory diagram for a 911. I am assuming the 930 is the same.

Here's some more diagrams that will work with your '77.
Also, make sure you don't have any wires at the terminals hitting another terminal. That was the case with my car which caused me to blow fuses as soon as I turned on the key. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
