identify mounting points in early trunk
I am attaching two shots of several mounting points in the trunk of a 1966 912. Anyone know what they are for? I bought the car mostly dissembled. The first shot is the right, the second is the left. These points are very close to the front of the car. I see from my preview of the post that the shot of the left side of the car is blurred, but the identical stud is there with a bolt on it.

The studs closest to the front of the car are for an electrical ground wire/terminal and the threaded receiver towards the back of the car is for the front bumper bracket.
