DIY 911R Deck Lid Hinge
A few years ago I created a schematic to fabricate your own "R" deck lid hinge. Unfortunately, the link given in the original post no longer works... so here's a new one.

The originals were silver soldered and chrome plated and used a clevis pin.

those made by Rod Emory are the nicest I've ever sen.
Only thing that stopped me from installing this is: I jusst cannot bring my heart to drill holes in the body/frame, nono.

Drilling the holes were nerve wracking but I’m happy with the look and getting rid of precious ounces in the rear.
