Reference points for installing WEVO sway bar mounts
I seem to have not gotten accurate measuring points before I took off my factory sway bar mounts. Are there any know specs/reference points for installing these new and slightly larger mounts?
I am installing the new mounts in a 1974 911, I am installing smart sway bars. I had measured the distance to certain spots using the bolt holes only to find they are not the same distance apart on the old versus the new. In the rush I never thought about measuring from the center of the old sway bar. I know the bigger sway bar comes very close to the transmission mount, how close is too close? Any help is appreciated

you can pre assemble the mounts on the bar and with the car at normal ride hight, place them equally apart and mark them on the body. they don't to be in a exact location +- the old ones and as long as the bar moves "up and down" you should be ok
