SC windshield trim.
I'm in the process of replacing my windshield and having my dash pad refurbed and want to address the black aluminum trim while I have the opportunity. Aside from a scatch or two the trim is in good shape. The question is, how much of a sheen is the black supposed to have? Is it gloss, semi-gloss, matt? I'd say that mine leans toward being matt. I really don't want to rattle can a part that is going to be prone to chipping so I'm thinking I'd brush touch the few scratches unless there are other options. What have others done? Warren

I think that the 964 windshield eliminates that strip entirely. I was going to look into that option, as I don't like the extra trim (mine is also matte black with some aluminum showing throw in places)

Thanks for the info. If you find out that the 964 windshield is an option let me know. I'm a month or so away from putting the windshield back in. Warren
