Anyone near Montgomery TX? Want to check out a 3.2?

Called the seller of this car. The millage is "exempt" so they make no claims on its originality, but other than that they claim its an honest car. I told them I was suspicious at that price and they acknowledged it was low but insisted they were just trying to clear out inventory and sell it at cost. I like the color...

If anyone is in the n'hood and wants to take a 3.2 out for me... send a PM!

Happy to return the favor in CT.

Price is probably reflecting automatic transmission.

Try a cross post in the engine rebuild forum. Montgomery is north of Houston. There are several folks that post there regularly that live in or near Houston. I live south of Houston in Missouri City, an 85 mile drive, otherwise I would help you out.

Thanks for the tip.
"Automatic Transmission" did not inspire confidence either.

They also call it a "Targa".

I'd call and confirm what it is and isn't with a lot more pictures than what's shown in the ad...

The 911 Carrera never had an automatic transmission, this is probably a "default" or typo from the dealer. I have seen the car on Houston Craigslist for a while, this is a used car dealership that probably not even know that the engine is in the back (lol!).

I live in Houston, but am currently in Brazil. I will be back in Houston on Feb.12th. If the car is not sold, or you have got someone else to look at it, I can take a look and take it for a spin.

Please let me know.

$14k..looks like it has all the factory stickers on the back and driver's door and the driver's seat bolster is not badly worn. 55,000 miles..?

Its worth a drive and a carfax..they might take 12k..if the car gas not been hit and the engine is sound..good deal.

Does anyone happen to have an unlimited carfax account running?
