Grand Prix white, painted in the Porsche paint shop with Glasurit paint.

Color codes can be found at this site: Farben 911 1972-73

1972-1973 paint codes are in the form xxx-y-z. Where xxx is the paint code number, y is the place of application and z is the paint supplier.

in you case it looks like the color 908, is Grand Prix white which was a special order.

The middle number is the place of application, where the 9 means Porsche.

The 2 at the end indicates the paint was made by Glasurit (1 is for Lesonal, and 3 is for Herbert's).
