Rear gearbox boot
I need to order a gearbox boot for my 911sc as I ripped mine when removing the engine and transmission. Looking at Pelican Parts, I think it's
911-424-294-00-M260 but not sure and can't fine parts diagram with the boot. It's the rubber boot that is fitted where the gearbox shaft goes back into the car. Thanks |

yes that is correct, do you have the PET parts break down? it's in group 7, item 67 it's a free PDF download of all the parts good to have. Click on the "can't find it?" box and select the correct car then search away

And you can replace it when the engine is in the car.... I just did yesterday... you have to work it on to the metal surrounding the shift rod... but doable with a flashlight and patience..
