Another Bentley Error ?

Putting the engine back in my car. Installing my new sport motor mounts. Went to put them in the transmission cross member and.......... Bently calls for 56lbs. on that M8 bolt and nut combo.
No Way ........It calls for 18lbs. on the body ones in the back.

Can't find the spec in my Porsche Factory manuals.
Where would I find that info. Someone that's BTDT.

TIA

Sounds like an error to me. I believe you should go with the 18 lbs.

Porsche Crest

It is the M12 bolts through the center of the mounts that get 59 lb-ft ... the M8 bolts to the transaxle crossmember (or body in the case of the rear mounts) still get 18 lb-ft as usual!

That's what I thought, and did. But just wanted to make sure.

Both the SC and Carrera book are the same and wrong.

Wayne my e-mail notification isn't flying.

Warren I did copy off your hardware torque chart.........but left it at work.
