Adjustable Spring Plates on a 71
Are these the correct adjustable spring plates for my 71? Seller isn't sure what they came off of.

Yes, they will fit.
Use your existing hardware. They need new bushings. Those are shot and cold flowed.

I have this type on my 1972. Make sure you have a spanner thin enough to hold each of the large bolt heads when the spring plates are in position. I ground a regular spanner until it fit the small space available.
