This looks great. If I would be in the market for 17s, this is what I would do.

I got a set of 951 Fuchs, 16/7 and 8 which I gona restore for my SC. Just not sure yet what tires.

Your car must be almost like new, first the seats, and now the wheels.

Cheers
Engelbert

They look really great. I have two sets that I need tires for. I was thinking of putting 215s on the front and 245s on the back. My car is low enough that I worry about rubbing in the front.

Wow Bro this looks awesome and the stance is right on the money! You came thru with the pics Draco! Can't wait for this coming week when my wheels get here!

DRACO A5OG 03-09-2013 09:14 AM

LOL, yeah, with new gauges she will feel newer too.

This is longest car I have owned, always leased before so I think refresh every 4-6 years will be something for her to keep up :D

I've read narrow as 205's, so you will be fine at 215's :D

Draco, are those Fuchs-R rims also forged and about the same weight as the original Fuchses?

Joe Bob 03-09-2013 09:26 AM

What did that whole set up run ya?

DRACO A5OG 03-09-2013 09:30 AM

Porwolf, Not sure, all I know it was lighter, another thread posted the weights, there were pretty close to OEM 16" weight, remarkably.

Hmmmm, so if someone were to buy a set of 17s with tires.....they could trade for a set of 16x7 and 8s? with a few extra bucks to the guy with 16s.....

6 days drop shipped

Nickshu 03-09-2013 04:18 PM

Beautiful! Don't they come with blank black center caps (no crest)? I just ordered a set and Pelicans description says blank caps included.

Any rubbing?

DRACO A5OG 03-09-2013 04:21 PM

I think so, you should confirm Monday. I ordered oem centers and supports, coming soon I hope.

80nick 03-10-2013 12:43 AM

Did you get them through Pelican, Automotion, or...?
Thanks
