Early 911 AC lines routed through cabin?

Anyonene have any references to running AC lines through the Cabin vs OS of rocker. Already have a set of cooler lines set up to on RT side.
I was thinking about if it was possible to run one line down eack side corner of passengers floor board or twin lines tucked into lower RT side of passengers floor.

Never seen that configuration,
and, certainly would not find it acceptable
to have high pressure hoses in the cabin.

I did in on a 356 years ago, tucked things in the corners and covered
with the carpets. However if ya go this route you will want to
put permanent warning plates all over the cockpit
just in case someone decides to 'drill holes'. No need to have
refrigerant gas perking up, ey!

But... preference is under the tub.
You can't really see them underside unless you are
on your hands and knees.

Kuekl did you run hard lines through the shell? I found some weld on ends in steel or aluminum. If I ran copper ( like they do in home AC systems) I could sweat the fittings. I have quite a bit of 944 Ac soft lines I could re work for final ends as well as a complete set of vintage 911 lines/ and evaporator assy . The old 911 lines are a mess spliced etc. I may try and stay wilth all o-ring fittings.

We run Parker barrier hose, much easier;
and you don't need 'reduced' barrier hoses; we have seen
too many cars come in reduced barrier leaking and replace them.

Just run the lines under the in the traditional fashion,
unless you have plenty of time on your hands and you
enjoy drilling and cutting holes, and patch holes.

If you want to metal, use aluminum. Too many issues with copper

Lots of condensation whatever lines you use. I ran mine outside onder the drivers rocker to a 993 condenser in front of the left front wheel (very tight but works really well). Used the usual clamps for the oil lines.
