Help! Turn Signal Gremlin

The Left turn signals, both front and rear stopped working on my 73.5 Targa. Same with the 4- ways. Right side works, but indicator in dash does not. Left turn signal produces relay click and BOTH green indicators to glow on dash, but no outside indicators. Relay problem?

That would be my guess. My turn signals on my 83 used to work fine for the first few seconds and then they would sometimes stop altogether or the interval between blinks would vary randomly or they would work fine with no particular rhyme or reason. Replaced the relay and all is good. Point is that the relays don't necessarily completely fail when they fail.
