Anyone have a Maintainance Record Spreadsheet they'd like to share?

Hello-
For someone who is as anal about things as I, I really am a slacker when it comes to keeping records and track of maintainance on the SC. I have the basic three ring binder full of receipts and stuff, but I don't have a central database to refer to and be able to say "Yeah, did the new fuel filter on this date with this many miles on the odo, and I did it again here, and here, and here..."
I am not feeling terribly creative at the moment, so I turn to you folks to see if anyone has an Excel spreadsheet or whatever that they'd share.

In a related question, how many of you keep highly detailed service records like this?

Thanks,
Chris
