s caliper questions

So, I rebuilt my S calipers last year and after 6 months and about 1000 miles of driving I've developed a squeel from one of them.

First, yes I oriented the pistons correctly. But i didnt replace the spring clips or pins. Has anyone had experience with this causing a squeel?

Second I checked with our host and the PMB site and it appears these clips and pins are NLA for the S calipers. Does anyone know a sourse?
