Converting 4 bolt output flanges to 6

I will be soon changing my original '74 rear trailing arms, CV's etc from to later SC type.
Who here has drilled and tapped stock 4 bolt / 2 pin flanges to 6 bolt tapped?
Not interested in what you've heard / read - just hands on experience on how to jig, reference and accurately execute this procedure.
Thanks,
-C
