ran home at lunch and put the tester to the 3 terminals in pic2. Ignition on. From top to bottom, tester does not light, tester lights, tester lights.

From memory the top one is for the defroster and comes on when you turn it on.

Here's a picture of the 14 pin connector for you.
All wires are what I posted earlier for location! Except 3rd on top is red/white not red/brown and the 5th one on top is grey/brown not just grey to the reverse light switch...

The big yellow one on the end is the starter solenoid signal wire.
The red one on the opposite corner is 12v from the alternator/starter connection.
Those need to be good to start and run your engine.

Thumbs up

I love this site... the pwr of connecting. Dennis, much thanks for the diagnostic info. It helped me to verify my 14 pin connection and to resolution. after confirming yellow and red pwr, to the starter, and wondering why it wouldn't start. i tried jumping it old skool and that didn't work, so it lead me to wondering why. The ground connector on aattached to the starter's left posts was cracked at the bottom where the brush and the washer meets resulting in no ground. Pulled the starter, resoldered, reinstalled and viola! in business... now gotta polish the 7s.... thank you thank you thank you!
