Work for make one 912 to 911 R !!!

Hi guys !! My question is this !!

Is possible ?? One friend selling one 912 and I love the 911 R but for me is impossible for the money one 911 short.

First I working on the body and when Have finished buy one engine .....

What you think ??

Please anybody can input here the URL's of this transformations ??

Yep, it's absolutely possible and people even sell ready made kits to help with the body transformation.

Yup

Not only can you build a 911r from a 912 you can start with an absolute piece of crap 912. I'm building a hot rod from a basket case 912 that started out to be a 911r but will end up being mostly 911s and part 911r. These projects tend to change direction while in progress.

Please for the body I not have more questions because my work is body painting cars but because Too I need make in my house the engine transformation to 911 2.2 or 2.4 I make questions here and with the reponses here I can have here all and have the answers saved !!!

One of the questions is : the gearbox of the 912 can I mount with a 2.2 or 2.4 engine of 911 ???

Because is a project and the is not in my house only can input pics of where is the car now !!!

Yes. Same gearbox on both cars.

I would mount the rear engine door with one of fiberglass with the interior without gelcoat and wood style .........


Other question I have is where is the best place for buy this engine truck ??
