Search the web for cadmium platers in your area and call them to see if they will do small quantities.

+1 but search on metal plating.

Cadmium plating is the correct material but it is harder to find vs yellow zinc plating due to environmental procedures/equipment that must be used for cadmium per EPA regs.

Yellow zinc is comparable in how it looks vs cadmium but I have no idea how it .lasts vs cadmium

Porsche used yellow zinc coated fasteners, not cadmium.

When did Porsche transition from silver cad plating to gold cad plating on 911's? [Archive] - Early 911S Registry

Zinc and Cadmium are naturally silver
The yellow appearance use to be provided by a yellow chromate dip afterwards (the world no longer likes chromates).
Cadmium holds up longer than zinc.

There are "newer" or should we say more environmentally preferred or required
coatings using zinc; referred to as RoHS or Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive

There are plenty of platers left whom can help you,
Here

The cost to plate varies depending upon the quantity and method (barrel vs. hung).

We still have many of our products zinc as well as cad plated for certain applications.

PM if you need more help.

Cad is superior, especially in salt environments and it lasts for ever, but true
the tree's don't like it. The issue with zinc on steel is it oxidizes. The oxide
absorbs moisture and accelerates the oxidation of the steel; catch 22.
Zinc on electrical connectors is a PITA as well, the oxide becomes an insulator
and ... no electrical flow. Oiy!

Bob, where's WwEsT ? lol.
