More A/C questions
I can remember seeing a post about insulating the air ducts with some type of insulation, but I cannot find the post. Does anyone know what was used to insulate the ducts?

That was probably me. I know I made a comment about it. Don't have a great answer for you. I just observed that there is some, I don't know how much, "cold" lost to the trunk with the 911 A/C layout. Whatever you use you don't want it to absorb moisture.
You can by insulation for home HVAC ducts that is basically two layers of bubble wrap with a reflective foil backing sheet on each side. Should be light and not hold moisture. Couple of the older A/C install threads here have good documentation for insulating the EVAP box. -J
