Electrical Gremlins

Hello, I posted last Saturday that the high beams on my 1985 Carrera had stopped working. Little blue light comes on when you push the switch. Turn signals work. Sunday morning I noticed that my wipers/washer has quit also. Do these two switches have a common ground? Thanks!

I think they are two separate circuits..

If indicator comes on, that circuit is closing, check the grounds on the headlights.

As far as the wiper, pull the steering wheel, see if ground came loose or corroded.

But before that, check fuses and connectors going into the fuse/s.
