80 SC noise
How do I know if a chain tensioner is going bad. Driving yesterday I noticed a noise that sounded like a "knocking rod". Car has been running fine. The noise was not all the time. It did not sound good. Appreciate any comments. Beany

If you even suspect a rod knock stop driving it and have it checked out.
