Transmission cooler leaking
85 911
915 transmission The oil cooler is leaking at the spot indicated. I have tightend the nut shown, but it is leaking above this spot, doesnt look like the flexible cooling hose is adjustable?? Thanks Ed. ![]() |

Ah ok thanks Bill. So does the black cooler pipe disconnect from the sheet metal part so you can get the o-ring in? Unscrews I guess.

The cooler tubes (in/out) each have an o-ring. They simply push in/pull out, and each is held with a small bracket.

Is there a code that superceded the O-ring for the cooler pipe?
