MSD TACHO Problems
Just installed a MSD 6a ignition control, with a tachometer adapter - running points.
Car runs really well but tacho now not working? (With or without adapter installed) The car is a 69 911T. Any answers out there - checked wiring all OK! |

Get a Bob Ashlock box it converts just any signal to an early type tach.

Just re-opening the this old thread.
I've just wired up my MSD Street Fire and fitted the MSD 8910 with my points. The tachometer still doesn't work. I'm sure the 8910 is for points and not the 8920, which is for a magnetic pick up. Any suggestions on the wiring? I've tried both suggestions in a he instructions. |
