What brand is this clutch?

It's got rubber dampers instead of springs.

I believe the original OEM used a rubber center but was replaced with the spring type years later.

The infamous rubber centered clutch disc!

It was first introduced to make smoother engagements, but as the rubber gets old and breaks apart, it prevents clutch release.

Agreed that it should be trash-canned ASAP.

You can still get rubber centered replacements, many people like the way they feel, including myself. Mileage is indeterminable via just a photo, really depends on how it was driven. Probably north of 100k though. I can't say what car this came out of either, they started using these in 1978.

This came off a 1974 with 55k miles on it.

I thought the rubber centered clutch looked like this

yes, that one is kinda unique. Not the rubber centered unit thats on my 87 model at all.
Maybe its simply an early version.
