That looks like a rear Weltmeister 19mm swaybar. I have a couple of them. You are missing the drop links, slider clamps, and attachment bolts. It requires special suspension adjustment/sway bar attachment bolts. It will fit in the stock factory chassis mounts or the add on Weltmeister mounts. They hang down a little lower than a factory rear sway bar. Usually used on early cars.

A complete rear sway bar setup, new, costs $300 at a Pelican competitor. I would be reluctant to pay $150 for only a bar when I still need to get the rest of the parts.
