My 78 has the smaller fuel filter and Im not sure what the part # is. I think its the 77 models filter but Im not sure. I have a Bosch in it now but I cant see the whole part # to identify it. Any help would be great. Thanks....TargaEuro

Targa,
I ran into the same problem you have. I don't have the #for the fuel filter in front of me, but if you don't get it by Monday, I will give it to you. Its just I'm at work, and my car is at home. But Pelican has them, that's where I bought mine. ------------------ Matt Chamblin 78 911 SC |

I called Pelican and the salesman said to try to find out if was a filter from a 77. Since the car was built in late 77 it might be, but Im not certain. Matt if you could take a look at yours for me when you can it would save me some trouble. Or maybe Wayne knows? Anyway any help is appreciated. Thanks....TargaEuro

Targa,
Here is the part number from my filter: Bosch 0-450-905-016. When I went to order it from Pelican, they did not have it in stock, but it only took them a day to get it. Good Luck. ------------------ Matt Chamblin 78 911 SC |
