How do I undo these?

I'm trying to remove the front dash panels. I can't get these undone.
I would assume they in screw, but I could be wrong or the previous owner glued them.

I also can't get the cover off around the ignition key?

All unscrew. On the black ones, I use two small screwdrivers that fit in the holes and a larger one to twist between the 2 to unscrew them.
The lighter unscrews from the back. Hold the front part and reach in through the clock hole to do it.
The ignition surround also unscrews.

The panel themselves are glues on and care should be taken when taking them off otherwise will rip... A sharpened putty knife works well.
