I see...I recently replaced both reference sensors using BMW parts. Since both ends fit a Porsche it might be worth searching there.

Dave is a good guy. Maybe he will part with just the holding bracket for you?
FS: Parting '84 Carrera Drivetrain Buy a few other things you might need and i'll bet he sets you up with the bracket
