How to reset Porsche 911 Check Engine Light?

I have been working on Porsche 911 recently. the check engine light is on. I want to reset it and see if it comes back on. If it does I will take it to the dealership. Is there a way to reset the engine light without taking the battery out? Like using the ignition and other buttons?

I don't have a clue on this problem, I only have two lights to worry about oil and alternator. What's a check engine light????

Yep, to fix the problem you will need to set fire to your car and stop spamming forever.
