86 Cab-want to switch the seat backs

I checked several older posts and I believe that I can switch the seat backs (but not the bottoms-electric on drivers side) on my 86 Cab. Am I correct?

I vote yes.
Pretty sure they aren't 'handed' - other than the release latch being on the inside rather than the outside. I've worked around this several times - just a matter of reaching into the car a little further. Don't cut any bowden cables and take particular note of the position of the cross spring relative to the seatback angle.

+2,

Check my seat skin swap tutorial, I recall checking that.

There are release latches on both sides of the seat backs IIRC. At least there is on my passenger seat as I've used the inside one sitting in the drivers seat.

Thanks for confirming. My inside release latches work on both the drivers side and passenger side. I want to reverse the backs to "share the wear" on the drivers side bolster.
