Where to Revalve Bilstein HDs in NE??

Who in New England or North East can "revalve" Bilstein HD shocks? Any recommendations?

ok thanks, sure most people send them out to Bilstein anyway, but looking for some options on cost and shipping...

Sadly, Joe is gone. He was the #1 best in North America. Genius, and a damn nice guy on top of it. If a car was in the front of the pack, it most likely had Joe's magic touch.
