Dumb question - are these spacers?
Sorry for asking something that seems so "dumb" but I'm not really sure what I found. I took the wheels off the front of my turbo bodied SC to get ready to sell and saw this lurking behind it. The bolts / nuts holding this piece to what I can only describe to be the hub doesn't have studs thick enough to be wheels studs but at the same time I wasn't aware these came off the front "hub". Can you guys help?

rear (22mm with 7x16/225 on a SC)
