Your pictures are awesome. Nice set up! I’m running 205/55x16 front and 245/45x16 rear on my ‘84 Carrera, with a similar 63cm front and 62cm rear height. I value your knowledge and am curious what alignment settings you’re using for this combination. Thanks!

it's lower. Specs are:
Measured from floor to fender arch: front 63cm, rear 62cm
camber is front -1.4, rear -1.0
wheels are 7/8x16 Fuchs with Conti Sportcontact front 205/55, rear 225/50

I ride Bilstein Nürburgring shocks, Turbo struts and Turbo tierods front, also a RS strutbrace
stiffer sway bar and monoball couplers at rear
To be clear, have you modified your alignment settings from your previous wheel/tire set up?

not only once.
I even got it checked after I now run the 9x16 with the 245/45 as these wider rims get more to the inside and change the handling with the previous camber set.

end of it was I kept the camber -1.4 at front and -1.0 at rear

what I don't have is a bump-steer kit or raised struts.
don't feel the car needs it at this ride height.

Any thoughts on a different color or will you keep it?

Time to backdate :-D Just kidding.

Same happened with my car. There were too many other spots that needed attention to just do the roof and blend.

Flo
I remember having lunch in Cologne next to the river many years ago. Heard someone calling for help, ran over to look and it was a drunk who had fallen in. He drifted down to barge tied up there before the Coast Guard (River Guard) boat came and pulled him out. Flew in and out between New York and Cologne for about a year. Great city and wonderful people.
