Centerforce PP Sachs clutch

I learned a lot searching about this but never got the complete answer.

Can I use a sachs clutch disk with a centerforce pressure plate? If so which one?

I have a used (5k miles) Patrick lightweight flywheel with centerforce setup for a 915. The PO didnt like the clutch but said it was in fine shape. Since it is out I think it is wise to change the disk. I'd rather not buy a complete setup as the PP is nearly new.
I read in a thread that the centerforce disk is essentially a whittled down sachs disk. If so can I just use a sachs disk and if so which one?

This is for an earlyish 911 with a 3.6. Mainly street with some track time.

cheers!
