				Ordered voltage regulator and this is what I got.
			 
			I ordered a new voltage regulator from germany and of course I thought it would be original design. Well it was not. Here is a picture of the regulator, so could you please tell me if i have the wires ok on the paper beneath the regulator. And tell me this will work

			I think the DF (field wire) is supposed to be the blue one. The black is D+ and brown of course is D- (ground).

			Zen, Yes, it appears that regulator should work! The markings on your sheet are correct, as the following excerpt from a '73 schematic shows:

			Oops! Sorry Z-man. Brain fade. (At least I started my response out with "I think..." I actually posted that, then realized it was wrong while flying on a Jet from L.A. to Seattle. Doh!!! It's like when someone stops you on the street to ask you for directions and then after they're gone, you realize you gave them the wrong directions. Hey, we've all done it. Right?
