Solidworks/CAD Model of 3.2 Intake Manifold
Does anyone have a Solidworks model of a 3.2 Intake manifold, or one of at least the flanges that mate to the heads? I'm working on a school project involving CFD analysis of the stock manifold versus an optimized design.

No. But from your research if you could design a high strength, lighter weight version, ported and polished smooth on the inside, I'm betting you could sell them to lots of folks here, including me.

I actually drafted up the flanges that mate to the heads so that I could lasercut blockoff plates to keep my motor clean during ass'y. You can PM me for the DWG file, can't attach it here. But it might not be what you want since my plates totally cover the actual ports, I didn't draft the ports themselves.

Try to contact Extrude One , they modify and equilibrate the flow by grinding the manifolds , perhaps they could give you a solidwork.
