How do I remove 12 pin connector on cruise control module.
82 SC. I have tried pulling and prying but it will not budge. What's the trick? And then what's the best way to remove the case from the base?

Bob,
on my 80SC, there is no lock at the tempomat plug. I could just pry it off. - Manfred

IIRC, I just pried it off on my 87. The case slides off the base I think.

On my '86 Carrera, the box was mounted with 2 screws. After I had it down, I was able to just pull on one end then the other, and it came right off.
I was in the process of removing my security system, and wasn't sure what the box even was.
