Tell me about this 911

Saw this pic and love it, but I don't know anything about the car really. I do know that its tangerine, but beyond that, i cant identify the year, the wheels, etc.

Anyone able to figure it out?

Its from the Netherlands and was/is nicknamed "Clockwork Orange" and was built by Top Dog Racing. The car did have the same Group 4 Wheels as my car for a while..

God I looked up the "clockwork orange" 911 and I'm hooked...its amazing.

I haven't been able to find an article about it yet though
