Part # for foam 'donut' that goes between center console / shifter mechanism

I can't find this but after installing a WEVO short shifter mine from 1987 is pretty destroyed.

This is the foam 'donut' piece that prevents the center console from rattling. Anyone have a part number or link from our hosts where I can purchase?

Do you mean the foam piece that the boot attaches to (#22 in the PET diagram)?
