please help me identify this part

I have not owned a 911 for a few years. I want to list this for sale but I forget the proper name and fair value. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I know its an exhaust by-pass pipe. I just forget the proper name. Although by-pass pipe may be it. I am also not up on the current value as I no longer own a 911. I would like to sell it. I just need the right name and current value. I know they are sought after.
