Targa window power window with coupe windows

Anybody ever try to use targa window power drives with coupe windows in coupe frames? I bought a good set of doors for my coupe and I am trying to get the power drive for the targa to raise my coupe windows in the coupe frames. Unfortunately it is not raising the glass square to the frame? I have tried to adjust the drive lifter arms but no luck. Anyone tried this before? Or should I give up and go back to cracking the window?

Let me see if I can make this a little more clear. I have a coupe which had manual window winders and bought some targa doors. My plan was to have power windows but the targa hardware is not lifting the window square. When all the way up there is a gap so no driving in the rain? I was hoping someone had tried this before and might have some advice?

I believe the upper and lower stops are adjustible. See this thread: Power window height adjust
Plenty of other threads if this doesn't solve it.

Coupe regulators don't have the upper travel stop. You can remove that from the regulator.

Javadog are you referring to the screw adjustment at the top of the door? I have that adjusted all the way up so the window does not hit it, still squirrely. Is there that much difference between the targa and coupe doors, looks pretty well the same to me?

I was talking about the regulators, not the doors.

That did the trick on the passenger door. Still need a little more on the driver. I am moving the frame and regulator a little to see if I can get that last little bit. Thank you sir!
