Source for MFI TB Linkage

I'm trying to refurbish my old throttle bodies and I'm missing some linkage. I think I can find a place to get the rod linkage, but does anyone know where I can get the piece of linkage that goes on the post on the inboard forward side of the driver side throttle body? (pictured with arrow in attached picture)
