There is a CXX country code called "Special" - C98 maybe. If HIDEMI's car is that unique, it would go into that category, maybe? There is also a separate numeric code for RHD. So if a person ordered a RHD car for the US it would have the CXX code and then the all numeric code for RHD. I am stumped.

The Cxx codes are country codes for special equipment that pertain to that country.
The Dxx code is a year specific Group Option that combines several separate option codes. The Group Options generally have a letter as the first character that will change from year to year, then the next two characters define the group code.
