I've never seen a bellow delete quite like this before.
Thanks for posting. Looks like you may have tucked in the front bumper a bit, good move.

kach22i, yes, ....the front bumper was tucked some 50mm, in the interest of reducing the gap left by the bellow delete. The effect also looks a bit more 'pre-impact bumper' imo....... and the 911 sc rs sometimes seems to sport a tucked front end
![]() The rear bumper was left as it was. In hindsight I think that leaving the front bumper in its original position and increasing the extensions to the ends of the front bumper would have worked as well...

respect for your "work", but I don't get the idea of what you did.
adding metal/weight that way to a car to track it, is imho illogical. either one keeps the G-sideline by using STRS lightweight bumpers or you do a longhood-backdate. plus, the color choice of indi-red (or so similar flashy) would have been better than this primer-rustred.

Superfoamy, cool build, I like the tucked bumpers with bellows-delete. Question; is your name Tony D'Andrea? ...because that's my dad's name too.

..oh yeah, and if you use a 964 front bumper's rubber "smile", it's very small and tidy which could help make the tucked bumper look a bit more simple/tidy as well.

The deletion of the bellows and rubber trim and rear over riders does make for some weight saving (even when the alloy bumper extensions are figured in). I agree a long hood conversion has aesthetics on its side...... with respect to fibreglass bumpers (STRS), I think the narrow bodied car struggles to 'carry the look off' (this car has very little rear flare) The colour chosen was gulf orange, perhaps it is the photo that is obscuring its true colour.... or the mix is wrong, which is possible,.... but it looks great in the Australian sun.
