964 RSR Project

I sold my long time 3.6 Turbo and have embarked on a project to convert a 964 C2 into a 73 RSR Tribute. I need some advice on a few of the pieces to the process that I need to source. The car is being delivered to AutoMetrics in Charleston SC for a complete engine rebuild and 4.0 conversion. I am fortunate to have Leh Keen managing the build but I need to pick the headers and intake. Any thoughts on the best set of headers and the correct size of the primary? I will also need to replace the brakes. We are using 17 inch RSR wheels and I would ideally like to put a nice set of StopTech on the car, but I am confused as to what application will work well for front and rear. Thank you for any advice or opinions. Suggestions on sourcing also appreciated.

autometrics will have some ideas on headers. With a build like that I would go with RarlyL8 headers. I think he will know what pipe diameter would be best. For brakes, will big reds fit under the 17s?

I was thinking RarelyL8. Great reputation on the turbo cars. I will certainly post some pictures when we get started. Right now it's just a black on black 90 C2 with 72k on the clock sitting on a transport truck. Leh and Wagenwerks here in Atlanta just finished the first set of custom fenders and tail. He is doing three cars initially. One for himself and two customer cars.

Thats right Leh Keen is local. Great keep us posted I would like to see it when its done. Sounds incredible.

Also Steve Timmins at Instant G is very knowledgeable about 3.6 ltr headers.
