Questions for those that have a Wevo G50 shifter..

Did you go for the 'tall' knob option? If you did, was it a good decision?

And did you manage to install the OE shifter boot over the Wevo?

My wife wants to get me something for our 25th wedding anniversary and I've hankered after a Wevo shifter for some time. Now might be the time.

Love mine. I got the 'classic' version and just used my factory shift knob for a stock look.

The shift boot did fit. The mechanism pushes it out a bit on the rear side, but it still looks like it came from the factory.

I'll post some pics later.

Thanks guys.

My preference is for the non-classic design - but the lever is much thicker than the classic so am concerned that the OE shifter boot won't fit. I don't want to leave this off.

Having gone out and sat in the car last night I am also leaning toward the tall shift knob.
